This directory of organisations working in the field of conflict prevention originated with the book series of the European Centre for Conflict Prevention, called Searching for Peace, but has continued to be updated and added to beyond the book series.

ADSISTO

The strategic objective of the ADSISTO is to contribute to the increase in living standards of citizens and disfavoured categories of the society. Tactic goals of the Association are to contribute to the economic and social potential of the associations, organizations and companies which operate in economic and agricultural sectors, as well as in processing (of agricultural produce) industries and in social sphere; implementation and protection of economic rights of citizens, community development and strengthening the civic society; development of social activism and citizens’ spirit of initiative. The Association’s activities are mainly oriented towards the needs in rural areas.
