Afghan Help and Training Program (AHTP)
The Afghan Help and Training Program (AHTP) is a non-government, non-political and non-profit Afghan organization, established in 1993. Its mission is to improve the living conditions of the Afghan people affected by the war, especially people living in refugee camps in Pakistan and Afghanistan. It aims to assist in the repatriation of the refugees with inputs in health care provision and socio-economic capacity building. Its main activities is to provide emergency aid and skills training in heath care, livestock agriculture and tailoring. The organization has been operational in Pakistan and Afghanistan in the most volatile and hectic time to dedicate its services to reduce the pain and suffering of Afghans, through a network of international and national organizations.
